Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if your app is officially rejected for Google Play Production Access after completing the full 14-day closed testing cycle with our team.

Official Google rejection confirmation is mandatory to process any refund request.

Required Documentation

• Proof of purchase
• Official Google rejection email
• Confirmation of 14-day testing completion
• Requests must be submitted within 6 days of rejection.

Resolution Options

If eligible, you may choose one of the following resolution options:

• Full refund of the service amount
• One free re-test period with our total 25+ testers

Processing Timeline

• Review within 1–3 business days
• Approved refunds processed within 1–5 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Policy violations unrelated to testing (e.g., copyright infringement, malware, content violations)
• Incomplete or unstable builds provided to testers
• Failure to follow setup instructions
• Fraudulent documentation
