1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the WeAppTesters website and our app testing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Service

WeAppTesters provides a service wherein we supply real human testers with physical devices to participate in the Google Play Console closed testing track for 14 continuous days. Our goal is to satisfy Google's requirements so you can apply for Production Access.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a client of WeAppTesters, you agree to the following:

• App Ownership: You own the rights to the application you are asking us to test.
• Google Policies: Your app complies with all Google Play Developer Program Policies. You will not submit apps containing malware, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Setup: You are responsible for properly setting up your closed testing track and inviting our provided email addresses.
• Stability: The build you provide for testing must be relatively stable and actually launch on physical devices.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

While we guarantee the delivery of testers and 14 days of retention, we are not responsible for app rejections caused by factors outside of our testing mandate, such as your app violating Google's content policies or failing Google's automated code reviews.

5. Refunds

Our refund criteria and processes are strictly outlined in our Refund Policy document.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
